The Site, is the property of the Montgomery County-Radford City-Floyd County Branch of the NAACP (MFR NAACP) which is registered in and subject to the laws and regulations within the Commonwealth of Virginia. The PURPOSE of the Site is solely for networking and the posting of events, music, products and services that are of of general interest to the community at large. CONTENT including all images, words and multimedia posted on the Site cannot suggest or contain profanity, nudity, violence, illegal activities, discriminatory or defamatory language or behavior. Copyrighted and trademarked material cannot be posted to the Site without the expressed written consent of the registered owner. Posted content may be removed at any time at the sole discretion of MFR NAACP. MEMBERSHIP to the Site is voluntary and may be terminated at anytime by either party.
